Your journey begins with a comprehensive introduction to scuba diving theory. In our relaxed waterfront classroom, you’ll cover key concepts such as:
Diving physics and safety protocols
Equipment set-up and usage
Understanding underwater environments
Breathing techniques and buoyancy control
The learning is interactive and easy to follow, even for absolute beginners. You’ll also review reading material designed to help you retain essential knowledge without feeling overwhelmed.
The second day is all about hands-on experience. In calm, shallow waters, you’ll practice essential scuba skills with direct supervision:
Regulator clearing and mask techniques
